1/48 Rafale A seamless intakes – BAM48009

A set of seamless intakes for the Heller kit, correcting both the fit issues of the original kit parts and the lack of any internal detail. Auxiliary intake is represented as well and the first stage of engine compressor blades

Instructions:

1. Paint the compressor first stage (Gunmetal)
2. Paint the inside of the intakes in dark grey and mask at about 2mm from the outer lip: the lip is white as the fuselage
3. Remove the existing (but wrong) bulkhead and slide the seamless intakes in place.

Please note that as this is quite a complex shape to cast, some air bubbles may appear on the rear end. Each intake is carefully checked before shipping to make sure this does not affect in any way the final appearance of the assembled intakes.
